Soft tissue spinal injury e.g. whiplash/ back strains
Delta velocity injury - I have produced a large number of reports relating to this subject and have considerable expertise in the assessment of symptoms claimed to be relatable to low velocity collisions. I am aware of the various controversies surrounding this area and have studied the relevant literature relating to delta v, injuries and biomechanics. Consideration of these aspects, including discussion with Counsel, other medical experts and consideration of engineering reports therefore falls within my normal expertise.
